The thing is Tanjiro in this scenario didn't lost his sister to the Demons but to the Demon Slayers, so it's quite unlikely that he'd join them but rather despise both factions as much and also seek revenge on both Muzan and the Hashira

The only problem is, is that tanjiro is too noble and good willed to hate and seek revenge people who protect others. He may resent the hashira and show them no respect but he'd likey end up living a lonesome life outside the corp, since the whole reason he became a demon slayer was to turn nezuko back to a human.

I'd argue that Tengen would be able to save everyone on the train actually. He's one of the faster ones out of the hashiras when it comes to just base speed. So he'd be able to get to parts of the train quicker than Rengoku would. Downside would be that he may not be able to use his explosives as freely. Also comparing rengoku getting zero deaths to Tengen getting many during the district arc isn't a good comparison. For one the district was way bigger to keep an eye on than the train. Naturally making deaths more likely to happen.

For the first theory I don't think Tanjiro would die to Rui, if Shinobu took him in as her Tsugoku then Tanjiro would learn Butterfly Breathing which would be even more powerful because Tanjiro can cut the neck. He would also have 2 whole years to train in Butterfly Breathing before the events of Final Selection and afterwards he'll only get stronger. I'd also bet on him using poison in his moveset and being somewhat resistant to it. Now the Mugen Train Arc could play the same way. Entertainment District would get crazy, Tanjiro fights Daki first and almost wins causing Gyutaro to come out whilst Tengen and Tanjiro have an easier time fighting them, plus with Tanjiro's resistance to poison he wouldn't be more of a burden.

We'll think about it this way with the giyu route. Tanjiro loses his last remaining family member which by the way is his whole motivation for the series, tanjiro would probably become similar to sanemi and sanemi would see a kindred spirit in him. Tanjiros only goal now would be to kill muzan and avenge his family since there would be no reason for him to seek a cure to demonization. He'd become sanemis tsugoku and learn wind breathing instead of water breathing and would easily wreck everyone in final selection. He'd probably also be as strong if not stronger than kanao at that current point in the series. He'd meet zenitsu and inosuke the same way but would suffer far less injuries due to his better training from an actual hashira and his bloodlust and hatred for demons. He would actually be able to beat rui at mt natagumo because his better training would help him with contesting Rui long enough to unlock sun breathing. The only massive difference is that tanjiro would never encounter tamayo

Interesting thing about Tanjiro having the mark and transparent world like Yoruichi is that probably all the upper moons would die making Muzan the only threat and the demon slayer corp will eventually keep getting stronger and there will be more hashira then ever before and eventually Muzan would be hunted down and wouldn't win against so many hashira level slayers.

I find it a little hard to believe you spent months researching this with your upload schedule but I do agree with your conclusions except for one thing, in the last scenario tanjiro might would meet muzan like he did in the anime before fighting any of the moons, muzan would probably had killed him there if he had the demon slayer mark, it would blow his cover but he wouldn't want to risk letting someone with both the demonslayer mark and the ear rings live.

With the idea about if Douma was in the Entertainment District, I feel like Nezuko would try to attack him in between when Tengen dies and Tanjiro standing up because he harmed Tanjiro. Though Nezuko wouldn't be able to overpower him like she did with Daki since she struggled a bit with Uppermoon 5, she would still stall him a bit (and he'll probably get weird about fighting a strong female demon (but not the Akaza "I don't fight women" weird)). She'd probably get tired out and possibly trapped by Douma to try and let the sun burn her or she'd notice a injured human not too far away and lose control and try to eat them. It would be possible that Tanjiro would not be able to restrain Nezuko in this case which would lead to her eating a human and Tanjiro, Giyuu, and Urokodaki committing seppuku. In the end, Tengen would probably tell Tanjiro to run away since Douma is in the way of any able demon slayer (probably just Tanjiro) to behead Nezuko. Tanjiro, Giyuu, and Urokodaki will end up committing seppuku after Tanjiro's return. Due to this, Muzan would be able to consume Nezuko (if he tries to have her killed in the sunlight but finds out that she is immune), which in turn leads to Muzan's immunization to the sun. Since Tanjiro is dead, Tamayo would not receive anymore blood to try and make a cure/poison for Muzan. Because of the loss of the main character, one of the strongest hashira, and having no poison to weaken Muzan, the Demon Slayers would be unable to kill Muzan and since he is immune to the sun, he pretty much cannot be killed. This leads to Muzan killing the Demon Slayers and pretty much winning. I don't know, just my thoughts. :] Feel free to add anything to it, this is just how I imagine it would play out if Douma was there instead of Daki and Gyutaro.

Well I think that Tanjiro would have killed Muzan around the first time they met if he had the mark. For whatever reason Lady Tamayo knew Muzans location no way she was just in the same town as Muzan by coincidence when Tanjiro confronted him that first time. So I believe Tamayo would have lead Tanjiro to Muzan and he would have slayed him when he wasn’t holding a child. Edit: for future idiot commenters this is a what if that I created based on if Tanjiro were to be born with the mark POSSIBLY making him naturally gifted and the most powerful swords men that could rival ever Yorichi. Someone born with the mark even at the young age of 13 could slay Muzan with relative ease.

Hmm... Muzan obviously didnt eat them, but it doesnt look like any of the family members died during the process of being turned into a demon. Muzan's blood would have destroyed their cells and turned them into a blob of flesh. I think Muzan entered the house while the whole family (other than tanjiro ofc) was inside. It was probably late at night and everyone was sleeping. I agree that Muzan wanted to make more demons, since none of kamado family members were eaten. I think Tanjiro's mother woke up and saw Muzan. Muzan explained that he wants to turn her and her children into a demons. Tanjiro's mother probably yelled, "NO" or something, which woke up the kamado children. I assume that the younger children cried while their mother yelled at Muzan. Nezuko probably grabbed the baby at this point. Muzan would have gotten annoyed at the crying and killed the younger sister. At this point, tanjiro's mother pleads with muzan to let her other children live and all the other children were in tears thinking they were gonna die. Muzan kills the younger brother and mother out of being annoyed. At the same time, Nezuko runs with the baby out the door before being stabbed from behind by muzan's whip, which would explain why she was the only one to be turned into a demon.

I think if any stronger hashira tan Rengoku went to the Mugen Train, the outcome would have been as you said in the video except for Gyomei. If it was Gyomei the one sent to the Mugen Train, I believe Akaza would have died right there. I think after the sun is starting to rise and Akaza starts to flee, Gyomei would have kept him tied with his chains in order to expose him to the sun. Lets remember than even Kokushibo (who is way stronger than Akaza) said he wasn't able to brake Gyomei's chains because of its pureness and sun-absorbing properties. The only reason Akaza got away from Rengoku was because he ripped off his arm and he wouldn't have been able to break the chains and flee. They would have eliminated a stronger kizuki even earlier than they did in the original story raising the morality of the corps to the sky and having one more hashira at the final battle.

I believe they would fight until the sun rise like in the original story and about the chains, the only reason Akaza ran away was because he chopped off both his arms, but little could have Akaza done if Gyomei chains caught him. I dont thin Gyomei would have chained Akaza just around his arms. Gyomei is the oldest hashira and the one with the most experience. I think he would have fight to survive until sun rise and would have wrapped Akaza all over his torso and arms so he couldn't free himself cutting only his own limbs. Just like in the original story, I think Akaza's cockyness would have put him in and equally dangerous situation, but with a stronger hashira, with more experience and with an indestructible chain, I think he would have died.
