Year 9 Holocaust memorials

In History, Year 9 have been studying 'The Holocaust.' We started by thinking about and researching the best way to respectfully remember all the victims by looking at Holocaust memorials located around the world. Their homework task for this half term was to design and make their own 'Holocaust memorial.' The pupils rose admirably to the challenge, drawing inspiration from exciting pieces and using their imaginations. Here are some examples of the finished results (add photographs).
