I was 12 years old when I was saved and repented , I’am now 70 years old. We’ve been studying the book of revelations the whole book went back to reading the whole book again we are in the book right now I never thought I would be left to see this , praying and hurting for the unsaved . The problem that many cannot see is certain churches are changing to on the screen , in the sanctuary , church services . I been within as a Christian for 43 years and the previous normal way to carry out services is better and certainly not like some sin now because it's of a past time . The new ways of services are strangely wanting and peculiarly fishy . Also some are now adding getting rid of sunday school altogether and even bible studies are done with watching only a TV screen like a true and false quiz !!! Than if one is as me been saved a long time were treated as a sore thumb to be watched to receive discipline UNDESERVED !

But when pastors bring in the latest or socalled new movements , as SOSO Prayer and any new age ideas calling it as if biblical , that makes it even harder when pressure is put on Christians to go with the program or don't be true and different . The exoneration is we do not have to go 'obey' .. we belong to God . The 'half' pseudobelievers do not want to ever study their bibles . God is far more reasonably logical than man to answer to men . You must know that God our Father and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings, that although He hates the sin, He loves you the sinner. If they will just come to Him and repent in their heart of hearts of all their sins, and proclaim Him as their Lord, the Son of GOD. The reason I believe in the God of the Bible, the inerrancy of Scripture and that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. We have a reliable collection of historical documents written by eyewitnesses during the lifetime of other eyewitnesses. They report super natural events that took place in fulfilment of specific prophecies and claim that their writings are via divine inspiration and not from men alone. The super natural events are important in that they show the divine nature of God. Jesus Christ cast out demons, healed the sick, blind, deaf, dumb and paralyzed, walked on water, fed thousands with little, and was resurrected all of which have eyewitness accounts. The feedings alone were witnessed by the thousands He fed on the two separate occasions that we are told of in the Gospels. John tells us that there were many more miracles than what are recorded in the Bible/Gospels and that it would have filled volumes of books upon books were he to have written them all down and that it would have taken more than one lifetime to do so. The claim that men wrote the Bible so it can not be true means that no other book ever written should be believed, no matter the topic as they're all written by man. The Bible is not just a book it is a collection of books written over a period of thousands of years of which all those books are linked together by One Divine Author. In this collection of books there are over 40 authors but only one Devine Author who links them all together via the Holy Spirit. Those authors wrote down His inspired Word given to them by God. 66 Volumes/Books in the Bible. The bulk of the New Testament was written over a period of around 50 years. It was in 49 AD to 53 AD when the Scripture writings of the New Testament are thought to have begun. With the last living Apostle John dying in 100 AD. Over a period of around 1500 years it was preserved and passed on: In 3 Languages On 3 Continents There are 66,360+ source documents that have been found for the entire Bible of which there are 24,360 and counting source documents for the New Testament alone. 5,839 in the original Greek, some 2 million pages 18,524 translations of that Greek into other languages Some of the oldest sources date to 125AD which is within decades of the completion of all the books that were canonized as the New Testament. The New Testament cannon, (Gospels of the Apostles/writings, Epistles/letters to the early Churches, all sources and eyewitness accounts that were to be included), was decided at the Synod of Carthage in 397 AD. Those asking for "Scientific Proof" about the Bible are either ignorant or asking with evil intent. An intelligent person knows that the scientific method can not be applied to verify the Bible. Scientific Method is: 1) Has to be observable. 2) Has to be measurable. 3) Has to be repeatable. Therefore no history can ever be proven via scientific method. You must use the historical method based on: Eyewitnesses accounts. Documents from the time or as close as possible. Make sure the story is corroborated by as many sources as possible. Look for anyone/anything that attempted to prove any of it false in that time period or as close to it as possible. Did anyone successfully prove any of it untrue? If they had/have why is there no record found anywhere of it ever being disproven? Luke = Historian A man of science, a physician, an educated and logical man who researched and gathered the accounts of eyewitnesses. He recorded the actual eyewitness accounts of our Lord and Savior, those who had heard Him speak and saw some of the many signs/miracles He performed. He did this because the life of those eyewitnesses were coming to an end and he was inspired to write them down via the Holy Spirit before they could be lost or perverted by time. John = Evangelist John is organized around 7 specific events/signs/miracles all seen by eyewitnesses and corroborated by many. So he also provides proof of accuracy/truth. Mark = The shortest of the Gospels and is very direct or "Just the Facts" if you like. Mathew = Was written to the Jewish audience and that's one of the reasons for the extensive genealogy of Christ. There are also more than a few references to the Old Testament in his gospels. Peter = He lays out all the proof for the Bible and it's accuracy in 1 Peter Chapter 1. He makes the arguments that justify it all as truly what happened and that it all happened as recorded in the Gospels, the entire Bible. All of the Apostles were eyewitnesses of Jesus and/or of the resurrected Christ. Including Paul whom Jesus came to as he was on the road traveling to Damascus to persecute more Christians. This would have been the resurrected Christ or a form of Him that came from Heaven. There were at least 300 eyewitnesses still alive when Corinthians was written who could have disputed it but no one did. Mathias became the 12th Apostles after Judas hung himself so the argument of there not being 12 Apostles comes from ignorance or evil intent. There have been over 25,000 archeological digs in which there has been absolutely no evidence found that proves anything in the entire Bible false but in those digs many things have been found that prove it true. Other cultures and non believer's historical documents show or corroborate people, places, wars and many things that are in the Bible. Yet none of them prove any of it to be false but they do strengthen it. Word for Word Translations prove just how accurate what we have is when you consider there's no way anyone could have falsified any of it, be it via intent or mistakes. Many church fathers in history have made extensive notes that include scripture throughout the centuries and no matter the time or place all those references to scripture corroborate each other. Which shows just how accurate translations have been throughout time and still are as long as they maintain a word for word ideology during the translation. To falsify any of it they would have to change every single source, do it in three languages, on three continents, over a span of thousands of years, with no one catching any of it, no one ever talking about what they'd done, leaving behind no traces that they'd done it. Not to mention they'd have to steal all of those sources to change them, changing them would be a massive undertaking considering they were hand written in those times and then put them back without ever being seen or caught during the entire process. My last statement is this: Simply put the Bible can defend itself like a lion just let it loose. (Use Scripture to defend Scripture because it is a collection of eyewitness accounts that has been proven true again and again). There's a very good movie titled "The God Who Speaks" that covers much of what I've said above. If you still have doubt I would recommend you watch it and even if you don't because it was very well made and presented. Take care and God Bless.

Amen I understand what you mean. You have watched this in the late 90's but honestly it was done in the early 80's. Because I first saw this when I was 11 yrs old & I'm 51 now. I can't wait to see our Lord and savior. I too had lost my youngest son when he was 17 to cancer in May 2009. It wasn't easy for me but from all the pain I never blame our heavenly father or our Lord Jesus Christ for it. Jesus easiest my son pain & took him home. Our Lord hears us every day when we give him all the glory & thanks for giving us all a second chance to choose him as our Lord. He will always protect us from harm.

It was 88 or 89 when our church then, Calvary Bible Baptist Church, showed us this movie. It scared me so bad that I got saved and baptized that very day! I was 11 or 12 yrs old. I watched this with my grandmother over and over in the early 90's. I thank God that she taught me what she did. I was a prodigal. I fell away from the church and from God into deep darkness for 25 years about. I became an occultist and was deeply Satanic. I even got a tattoo of an inverted cross on my arm which buries me in shame every time I see it. One year ago I encountered Jesus and he saved me. I was so far away from him but he chose to show up and extend his hand to me and take the veil off my eyes. He showed me his truth and live and mercy and brought me to repentance. Then suddenly everything my grandmother had taught me about Jesus and Revelation came rushing back. I am so grateful she instilled this in me because we certainly are awaiting Christ's second coming. I believe in my whole heart that wr will see it in this generation. Praise God I was radically saved. As a born again Christian just one year in I have lost everyone. Every friend Every family member. I am facing persecution. I have lost 2 jobs, but I will not stop preaching the gospel and sharing my testimony. I am ready to die on this hill. Jesus saved my life.

Watch though as many church locations are doing services based just from an on the screen pastor who is not there . But some add more hurt or damage by replacing bible study group meet with on the screen no interaction almost not social talkless sessions of true or false watered questions !!! Many unknowingly buy this . Many fooled by this replacing of interacting insights and fellowship in a study as if a good new way .. please study the problems carefully .. Even if you hadn't been in churches times note the bigger differences of these kinds of supposed socalled good movements and discern carefully whats happening.. See if any have left church there for no known reason and any complaints because these can be very legit !! Don't throw them off and don't buy such are trouble makers only when they are going to leave certain places by how God's Word is viewed. There is an attitude of disdain mindset agsinst any deep or solid knowledge of the Bible WHICH GOD IN Christ more than fosters allowing that to know the word . Don't go by mere momentary views assuming it's okay but look long and hard . Satan is rattling my cage while I write this in a McDonald's seeing comments here .. Please look carefully if you see anything that hasn't matched up with the way services have been for decades and don't assume anything in church is all okay any place . We're in these evil last days in places too . Bible says catefully even groups will fall away in ways many collectively ! There is a fake godly apostasy that mimics godliness spiritually thats unknowingly UNGODLY ALL . Please consider this as a christian and take seriously and watch too about "falsified' revivals that are empty really that play with scripture and stomp on godliness that require good discern . Not a small matter .

Many socalled churches are falling for these new wave styles of teaching , but choosing to not encourage deep study or hunger for scripture though they appear to be . Don't get distracted by their looks of true happiness merely based on outside kind of rubbed off emotions . An apostate issue is setting itself up as much as scripture predicts . If i said this in church I would be looked at as a problem since theres no real hunger to dig into scripture of many who are never inspired to want that truthfully . There is activity made far more important than grounding in scripture ,but the playing off of spiritual hunger is masked . I'm not one of a selfrighteous kind attacking struggling sheep . I got saved in 1983, 16 year old, and this was 1 of the first Christian movies I saw, and it greatly impacted my life. Seeing it back now after so many years it still moves me, it was a phenomenal production for that time, and now it is even much more clear that Jesus can come back any moment! Pretrib is a man made fantasy. We have it too, then we found it on sale at a Christian bookstore on DVD so we swooped it up. The guy at the cash register was snooty about it calling it "one of those old corny movies" that don't speak to today's generation. I told him God can use anything to reach someone and this movie is as pertinent and good today as when it was made. I always thought it was one of the more realistic movies about the end times.

I Remember my mother showing me this as a young pre teen and I Liked it, We had on VHS Then and What I really like about this movie was the song in the beginning and I would sing along to it. Now that I have the Movie on DVD I can watch all day long, Knowing that we are living in the end times this movie will change people's lives forever. I also remember when the movie was on VHS we let a member of our church see and they too loved it. Everything this movie shows is accuarte to the point on the way we are living today, The Plague near the end is like this Covid thing we are batting, Food storage that's what's happening today and on and on. I absolutely love this movie. I'm a child of the 80's and I don't remember watching this. I also didn't grow up in a Christian home so that might explain why it wasn't shown to me. I watched this movie for the first time about a year and a half ago. I go back to it with the same joy and love from my first viewing. The "end times" are real and these events WILL take place. I first saw this movie 🎥 in 7th grade at a Christian Academy. They called us to the gym and played this on a projector. I had never heard of the rapture before and was terrified of being left behind. It wasn’t until 7 years later I was truly saved and still this film remains exceptionally compelling. It amazes me that even at a Christian school Jesus wasn’t part of the curriculum. Here we clearly see that Israel will still be doing animal sacrifices (spiritual blindness) until midway Daniel's 70th week. This means that the current gentile soul harvest will still be going on. Which means the pretrib rapture cannot and will not be happening.

This movie is mostly well acted, got a good story and seems to point to what is happening now. The people attacking the car on the way to the farm reminded me of the riots over the last numberof years. How they surround cars and want to attack the people in these riots. Amazing prophetic.
