1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp chilli paste
3 tbsp hung curd
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
For topping
Paneer [ diced ]
3 types of bell pepper
onion [ diced ]
Basil leaves
Basil
Corn [ boiled ]
Brocoli [blanched]
Baby corn [ blanched ]
olives
diced cheese
processed cheese
For pizza sauce
1 kg tomatoes [ blanched ]
2 tbsp carrot [ grated / blanched ]
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic [ chopped ]
1 onion [ chopped ]
1 tbsp paprika powder
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1 bay leaf
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt as per taste
Fresh basil
2) For bhakhri pizza
Instant sauce:
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chopped basil
1 tsp chilli flakes
For topping
3 tbsp bell pepper
2 tbsp paneer chopped
1 tbsp corn
Diced and processed cheese
Salt
Red chilli powder
Black pepper powder
Oregano
Chilli flakes
For dough bhakri
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup bhakri flour [coarse]
3 tbsp oil
Salt
water as per needed
3) Exotic veg pizza
Dough same as nanza
Pizza sauce same as nanza
For exotic pizza topping
