Rice +chana dal+tuber dal ka karkara atta banake usme yoget dal ke 1day rakha ke atha lana hai.badame usme green chilli+ginger ajavain salt+ino dalke dhokala banana hai.thodisi haldi bhai dalni hai.rai hing til ka tadka lagana hai. Hare Krishna.
