Coriendeer 15 se 20 mint leaves 5 se 6 hari mirchain 2 tbs dahi 0.5 cup matar 1/2 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbs coriander 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 lemon

Very good but, I wash the raw mince with salt water and then with vinegar to clean and remove the smell. You could also add cubed potatoes with the peas. Of course I would control the chillis. But I like your recipes.
