A great romantic movie. Didn't know that Jaya Bhaduri (Bachchan) did a voice over for both Poonam Dhillon and Tina Munim. The soundtrack is what attracted me to this 80s movie. Each song is a gem composed by Panchamda.

My wife and I are huge fans of Hindi romantic movies. This is our favorite one, and even after so many years of watching, we never get tired of it. Part of the reason is that these two are very good-looking and good actresses. Life is full of sadness and disappointment when we leave the world. It is very sad that we were once young and beautiful, but we got old and disappeared from the world. However, there's one hope for our souls to rest and that is the place of paradise, which no more sickness or death, but a place of eternal joy and happiness in heaven with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I pray that whoever read this, that you are blessed with the Lord to come to know Him, because He has called you to be His child, which He always loves. After first watching this movie in childhood many years ago and barely understanding what the adults around me were crying about, I just rewatched it as an adult. I and my family first watched this movie in the 1990s. Then we watched it several more times. Then we lost track of it. Since then I have spent more than 20 years trying to find this movie. The only thing I remembered was that the plot was a couple in love with each other. One poor the other rich. Then they get into a car accident where one of them was disfigured by logs from a lorry. Tina Munim was a really bad actress until she started her relationship with Rajesh Khanna! If nothing else, he at least taught her how to act. And Rishi Kapoor, omg, before his marriage to Neetu Singh, she had a weight problem and like a true, wafadaar husband, he took her biggest problem (weight gain) and just kept growing! So hard when you love food to lose weight. But, despite that, he remained one of the most beloved hero in the industry! Even in his golden years, he was doing some really nice roles. RIP Rishi Kapoor! Love you still and miss you lots that's why I am watching this movie again!
