Yellawolf isn’t an underrated “white” rapper. He is an underrated ARTIST period. For him to be himself in a time and place where he grew up takes a similar outcast mentality as the African Americans had to endure. White or Black.. the question to him would have been the same. “Why you doing that?” It’s so cool that the Three6 sound has been inspired and embraced by Yella, Logic,SuicideBoys, Jelly etc. If they were wack they would have been kicked to the curb and not embraced. Talent, music and art transcends past color if done properly and genuine. Yellawolf is genuine..Idiot.😂 RIP MAC also. ❤❤

Damn I wasn’t expecting him to talk about Mac like that that and I never realized they were homie like that either. I’ve been a huge fan of both of them for so long now and living just about an hour south of Pittsburgh I was such huge fan of Mac and was always so proud of how far he took it and what he was able to make of himself. I was truly sad the day he died and his music was basically the soundtrack to most of my 20’s. It’s hard to even listen to a lot of Mac’s music for me now because he’s gone and I’ve also lost a few of my best friends who were also big fans of Mac and we used to listen to his music while we were partying or just riding around in the car. I’ve honestly always wondered what yela’s opinion of Mac was and if they knew each other at all, just being such a big fan of both of them I was always curious if they liked each other or if they liked each others music. I loved how he said he gave all his stuff away when Mac passed because he felt like doing something nice, almost like he did it as a way to acknowledge how kind and caring of a person Mac was to everyone. I’d bet that bro would be proud of him for doing something kind like that and thinking of him while he did it.
