Yellow Chicken Curry (4)

An easy to follow recipe of a typical and popular Asian dish. This yellow chicken curry is popular anywhere from Thailand to Indonesia and all the Asian countries in between. They all have their individual twist, but my recipe is probably the easiest to prepare. Please give it a try and let me know how you liked it.
You will need:
8 Chicken thighs (Skin removed)
2 large Onions
8 Potatoes
1/2 cup Oyster flavoured sauce
1 can of Coconut milk
2 - 3 spoon Yellow curry powder
7 - 8 Lime leaves
2 pieces of Galangal root
1 spoon of brown sugar
Sambal Oelek (to taste)
Flour or any other starch to thicken the curry
