My god. Seeing Lottie like that after Shauna unleashed all that rage on her was horrifying. Huge props to the actors and the team who brought that scene to life, it was freaking harrowing but so well done

The second half of the season is really kicking things up to high gear. Shauna losing her baby, the group contemplating cannibalism again with Shauna unleashing her grief and rage on Lottie and now, coming next week, we actually have the first hunt that the team enacted. It’s all laying down the foundations of the cannibal tribe we saw in the series premiere and how the Antler Queen rose to power🐝⚽️🛩️🦌👑👸🏻

i have a feeling the widerness is gonna give them something after the beating Lottie took. esp after Shauna went outside and stuck her bloody hands in the snow. anyone else notice that after Shauna finished and Lottie wasn't moving she was like 'Lottie??' worried that she may have killed her or at very least given her a concussion and then Lottie moves and spits up blood. Shauna IMMEDIATELY rolls her eyes. thought that was a really great touch.

This was so wrong and so right. After every episode I think, “well, there wasn’t much there.” I rewatch and go, “oh, Ben’s full on suicidal. Present day Lottie is hallucinating her therapist that is the antler queen, Van has cancer. Tai and Van kiss. Young Shauna beat the shit out of Lottie. Adam’s body is found. Okay, a lot just happened.”

The song placement for tonight was perfect. Also, you gotta love how the episode’s final act was intercut with Shauna unleashing her rage on Lottie over the loss of her baby while in the modern day timeline, the Yellowjackets were gathered together and celebrating as if the crash and their trauma had never happened. You also gotta appreciate how there might be consequences with Shauna for both timelines considering the team’s reaction to her beating Lottie and the police having found Adam Martin’s remains 🐝⚽️🛩️

I find it convenient that Misty admits to her love interest that he was right and then all of a sudden they find the body. That's too much of a coincidence. Misty is going to end up either killing him or locking him up in her basement.

@Lisha G Oh darn. Well, that’s stupid. How are they going to wrap this season with only 2 episodes left? I feel like we will be left unsatisfied & with many more questions. I wish they would spend more time in the wilderness in the past than in the present day, & I’ve been trying to figure out why we’re still talking about Adam’s murder.

My favourite episode of the season and among my favourites of the series! But Van! 😭 I’m absolutely categorically not ready for her to be the first one we lose post-rescue after waiting so long to see her as an adult! The “Lightning crashes” needle drop was so perfect though - it gave me goosebumps then was singing my lil heart out. It’s perfect both for the original meaning of the song and how it speaks to the long arc of these girls’ stories; and the meaning a lot of people took from its video with regard to what Shauna had just endured.

Just an amazing, amazing episode even if I did watch the fight scene thru my hands! The acting, the writing, the production are all SO well done. The heartbreaking scene where adult Shauna is talking about her daughter. Brought me to tears. And adult Van! We just got adult Van on the screen-please don't take here away from us! I am overly obsessed with this show, LOL!

Why did Shauna need to beat up Lottie? i don't get it

It was because Lottie kept talking about the baby in a creepy way and then in Shawna's dream Lottie fed the baby and then fed it to the group. So Shawna is A. Not really living in reality and B. Going through a tremendous grief and needed to let it out in some way. And then I think this scene shows Lottie's self-sacrificing nature, which is a theme for her character.

Was it absolutely ridiculous? Yes. Did it show us how fractured her psyche truly is? Also yes. I think it could have been shorter, but the scene in the mirror is perfect. Unless Elijah Wood is part of them finding Adam, then I find him to be useless in this scene.

The general public didn't like Shauna with a goat and Misty's Broadway thing. I was ok with Misty's thing. Tai and Shauna' was a waist. Nat isn't the same bad ass. Now I'm bored with Nat and losing interest in the show. Sorry hated seeing Lottie fight scene. I FF through that part. It was too much. Please put to rest Adam's story. I'm tired of it
