Why wouldn't people who own such a valuable place not take advantage of the tax shelters and inheritance laws to have death taxes taken care of lon g ago? John supposedly had cancer in season 1 so estate planning should have been well settled.

I’m pretty sure he probably would’ve refused to do it even had people suggested him doing that. I’ve learned a lot of things since my dad tragically died about all those kinds of things that’s why we’re trying to hurry and get my mom a well now I feel like it’s never too early to do that because you can always amend it as neededbecause we had to spend a lot of money on a lawyer to go to probate for a few things that were written out to my dad’s estate because he didn’t have a will in place so he had no person down as to who was going to get his stuff when he died cause he thought he had time to do that. He felt no real urgency in the moment to do it was a little bit older. I bet he was gonna do it after he retired from working.

Why was there estate tax. It was put into a trust. Why wasnt there estate taxes the last couple times john duttons dad and grandfather pass away. And why were they charged estate tax on those deaths.
@chadbinette3201Ай бұрын
Im guessing the previous generations were signed over before the elder passed away. Like the ranch was in John Dutton name before his dad passed away. Plus inflation and all that good stuff.

Seems like to me Yellowstone season five part two has been nothing but a total bummer . It’s hard it’s few shining moments. But for the most part, it’s been let down completely as far as season six goes who cares at this point as far as I’m concerned, they pruned an excellent show with the route they went down. It could’ve been so much more. 🤘🏻☘️🇺🇸⚡️⚡️

100% agree There's nothing gripping about part 2 A real disappointment
@mesquitegirl201327 күн бұрын
I really do feel like though in Yellowstone they won’t make a season six but they’ll make a spin off showing everything after the events of the last episode because they kind of left it open for that and I feel like that’s what’s gonna happen since Taylor Sheridan likes doing spinoff of his shows, so why not they’ve had pickles why not a sequel or give like certain characters their own show like Beth or Kayce I feel like the at least make a one off episode or something showing them getting the answers as to who all was involved with John’s death

Travis is the producer and I don't need to see more of him. He's full of himself

A little too much Travis in the show. He's a great writer.... pressure to end this awesome show seems to have put him in such a time crunch that the story has been a bit different.....
@todbnlaАй бұрын
He has been showing up in his other show "Lioness" too, can you say "full of himself" BUT he IS the mastermind behind all of these shows so I guess he gets a pass.
@mesquitegirl201327 күн бұрын
@@todbnla I’ve watched plenty of shows in the writer or creator. The show might sneak themselves in one or two scenes not a crap ton of episodes like he did himself, but it’s his show. He can do whatever he wants last week’s episode with Travis was kind of makes him look trashy and what not but

Beth can't kill Jamie, she will end up in prison. There are too many eyes on him right now, homicide detectives, FBI, etc. Unless it's a self defense situation. I hate to say it, but I believe he will not die. The powers that be are farting around with filler, stretching it out, leading us down the path to another season, or a wrap-up movie.

Travis is a complete pos, not even close to being likable. Sheridan wants people to think that he is hot shot cowboy, when he is not. He bought his way into this fancy horse world, he didn't earn it.

I really think with how they’ve ended things in this last episode. It leaves it open for either a one off episode where we see where everybody’s at after and they get answers as to who all was involved in John’s death or they’ll make a completely new show where like Beth and rip and Casey and Monica are the main focus and they get the answers they were wantingwho did Sarah hire even though Casey already has a lead on that cause remember last week he went to that guy that was helping Sarah set it up as a suicide and scared the crap out of him so we know Casey has already uncovered some info

Sheridan didn't learn a valuable lesson from SOA show runner, Kurt Sutter. Sutter created, directed & acted on SOA, but the character he played wasn't glamorous. In fact, the character was one of the most broken & abused people on the show. Also, the scenes with him advanced story lines & furthered the main characters' development. Sheridan's character definitely stroked somebody's ego.
@DannyDonnatelliАй бұрын
No offense but Taylor Sheridan blows Kurt Sutter out of the water... I love SOA, but Taylor has so many movie / TV show hits. everything he touches turns to gold. Idk why these Beta Males are mad Taylor put himself in the TV show lol😂 he's the closest thing to a real cowboy you can get for an actor
@1fameАй бұрын
I don’t think the issue is just that he involves himself; it’s that when he does, everything tends to revolve around him. He ends up stealing the spotlight, which takes away from what really matters. Last episode was a solid proof of that
@mesquitegirl201327 күн бұрын
@@DannyDonnatelli in the end, I think that’s why Yellowstone’s have an end cause he’s trying to do way too many things and that’s why Costner was like tired of waiting. ‘ cause he was trying to work on all these shows all at once I would’ve done two maybe three at once and then go from there

Spoiler alert: The Yellowstone Season 5 finale was riddled with plot holes. First, Jamie was cut out of the will, and he couldn’t have cared less about the estate, no matter the price. He was also fixated on seizing political power. On top of that, detectives wouldn’t just overlook a missing attorney general, especially with so much evidence pointing toward Beth and Rip: surveillance footage (not to mention the house was bugged), blood at the scene, and a torched vehicle with distinctive pickup tire marks. It feels like the screenwriters and producers just wanted to wrap things up, no matter how far-fetched the ending turned out to be.

You have an idea to make a show with Taylor Sheridan in it ???? No way I wouldn't watch anything else he has any part in , even if he isn't acting in it . Plus you had the thought, you hope the last show of the season had minimal or no violence in it ??????? I want them to go after the people who have been working against them and killed John.

I don't like Sheridan's Travis at all it's a bit cringe imo, but the Travis Rip described sounded a lot more fun, and honestly, a limited series centered around that version could be pretty interesting!
