I loathe that idea! I won't watch a bunch of NY transplants play rancher. I don't give a flying fig who the cast is if this is not truly Yellowstone. Taylor Sheridan has lost his mind (again). This will be the death of the Yellowstone franchise. It would have been SO much better if they did a true Yellowstone with Tate Dutton grown up, inheriting and running the ranch. What a disappointment this is.

I am still waiting to see the rest of 1923. Surely they can finish one series first before they make more shows. It is all over the place and then another thing that pisses everyone off is that you have to watch different series on different streaming services😡😡😡

One actor is causing all of this but you blame the writer. Maybe two,three actors I would be convinced. But literally one actor Kevin Costner who is well known a difficult person to work with years before the show even came out….but you blame the writer… If someone like Sheridan can create Yellow stone and all of the spin offs that were absolutely fantastic. He can create a new show with new characters. The Duttons are so replaceable. You can literally take a female Dutton and have her marry into another family and that’s a TV show lmao. I love your loyalty for the Duttons tho and Kevin Costner

That would be great if, Taylor Sheridan would finish the shows he started. I feel disappointed because Yellowstone Second half of Season 5 hasn’t been released yet. And the second season of 1923 hasn’t informed us of filming. I love those shows ♥️

I am sorry to hear that the dutton's will no longer be owning the ranch after the final season for Yellowstone in November of 2024. I am a die-hard Yellowstone fan who has watched all of the prequels multiple times and who has watched the Yellowstone episodes in all seasons multiple times. Because it's that good. I love westerns and all of the Yellowstone current and prequels are the best modern day Western show ever made. It saddens my heart that after November of 2024 for the final season of Yellowstone that all of my cast members will not be back but I am willing to give the new spin-off Madison a try.....

Talor is catching a lot of heat and I have to agree . I predict this will sink as badly as House of Dragon did to Game of Thrones . I think is a great actor and did a fine job in Tombstone . His performance in Bone Tomahawk was laughable . I actually thought in the beginning it was going to be a comedy instead of a western/horror . In my opinion they should be concetrating on making sure they don't screw up the next season of 1923 that we are patiently waiting on .

No matter what has-been actors are slotted to play these characters, it's NOT a show "Yellowstone" fans would EVER want to watch! How bout give fans a Season 2 of "1923" they been promising for years after that sloppy ending literally saw the NEWEST Yellowstone Ranch SAVIOR, Spencer Dutton, in a dinghy headed for an English jail.

There were so many ways that the show could have been saved, but I guess the drama behind the Yellowstone drama was too much to support a fine cast of characters. I live near Bozeman Montana and don’t know of anyone who is even slightly interested in watching the new show. We were all hoping that the show would continue and center around the two remaining Duttons and their families. Not to be 😢

Well this is sad news. Not even remotely interested in this kind of wild departure from a perfectly good story line that had great potential for continued adventures. It is understood that originally Beth wanted nothing to do with the Yellowstone and was simply fighting for her Dad's sake, but as she and Rip's relationship developed and she worked through her own past issues, she has come to love it. Casey and Monica have learned the value of the place as well. With the loss of their infant son John, now buried alongside generations of Duttons on the land, it is impossible to think they would give up one acre of it. Additionally, with Tate there is an incredible opportunity for expanding on the "Prophecy" that the indigenous people of the land would reclaim it. Tate has that claim through Monica and thus could be the fulfillment of the prophecy in an unexpected way. Developing the story line to show Tate and Carter bonding as brothers and working the Ranch together with their family at their sides would be an incredible way to round out the story and yet, Sheridan has abandoned a perfectly good plot line that could save the franchise. So disappointed.

Sounds like a completely separate Sheridan show, like Tulsa King. If it doesn’t involve Duttons, it’s not a Yellowstone sequel, prequel, spin-off or anything else. Not too keen on checking it out.

Okay so the reservation has the ranch so we know this new show won't be on the ranch. Next, Yellowstone made a point of not wanting city outsiders so why create a show about them? Taylor should do a show with Beth, Rip, Casey and his family. Duttons have enough people who want revenge or hold a grudge even without the ranch. But the ranch is also an important character of the series so not having it in any of the spin offs is stupid. And last 6666 has been talked about a lot longer than any spin off or sequel so where is it? Is it even in production? Beth and Rip should have hired Loyd. Casey could have hired Jake. They NEVER should have killed off John Dutton!!!!!!!

I won’t judge until I watch at least the first episode. Who knows, it could turn out to be the best! Come on people, give it a chance, watch at least one episode or even two before you judge! You can’t blame Kevin Costner either, he was going through a lot. We all know how we feel going to work everyday,we all have our days. Celebrities have their problems too, just bigger and it’s always played out in public! Kevin’s stress from last year alone would of made me throw in the towel. But he’s not a quitter.
