Yep! He's also a bit of a chameleon. Once he grows that beard, he looks like a totally different guy. I recently watched Tears of the sun, again, and it took me ages and a google search to realise he was/played "Rip". Same thing happened in another movie. The beard completely changes him.

Cole is such a cool guy & intense actor. and i’ve been a fan of his ever since I first saw him as a young rookie cop on ABC’s 1996-7 “High Incident”. Was sad when that show ended but really glad that his career has taken off since then.

@@CloisForever29 In show he looks much much better because he wears hat ;) and he has tons of make up and charakterization.- black hair ,beard , eyes ,darker skin. Privately he doesnt.And he has reallly red hair . Evenhere he has a lot of make and hair done. And his weight - he was fatter before doing Yellowstone. After 40 he gained a lot of weight. And I suppose he was more fatter in season 2 then season 1. Maybe he has problem with health , dunno.Or he drunks. I saw on youtube the little promo from august , they are filming season 3 right now and he seems even more fat.But yes, he looks much better with beard, black or not
