DULCE DE LECHE | YEMA SPREAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 Tbspn white sugar, you may use washed or brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp water
• 1 pc squeezed and drain kalamansi or lemon juice
• 1 can 300ml condensed creamer/ milk
• 1/2- 3/4 tspn salt
• 3 Tbspn cold margarine/ butter, i used salted margarine
• 1/2 tspn vanilla flavor
NOTE: Cool completely about 3 to 4 hrs before covering/sealing to ensure no moist will be introduced that can cause molds and spoilage.
Remember, always work with clean hands. 🙌
