Yema is NOT made in Switzerland. The company's manufacture is in Morteau, France. Switzerland is more than 120kms away.

Yes it is! I have owned a few Yema watches and non have given me any problems. I guess I’m lucky or Yema has stepped up their QC 😊

Yema have appalling customer service and rectification of problems. I would avoid this brand on that basis alone.

I heard of these problems but honestly I have owned 4 Yema watches and have had zero issues 😊

I’ve had zero issues as well with customer service. I think those that are unhappy with customer service are few and the loudest but certainly not the majority

@@carlosraygoza9153 Hi there, just to give more context, I backed one of their Kickstarter campaigns and my watch broke after two days. They are very laissez-faire when it comes to problem solving and they should be held to account for sub par watches. Cheers.
