Sir you are indeed a great help to be honest . My phone all of a sudden got switched of despite of 100 % battery . Since i was really upset and i tried to look for assistance on the KZbin and i saw your video n after following the steps it did work n finally my mobile phone started working back again . How do I know that my phone was just dropped to mann times and it just dropped working because before it went dead it was not allowing me to answer my phone and then it woulnt type my name witch has an o in it it was tapping eberything around the letter o but not the o so there for I coulnt open my phone up because I coulnt type in my full name so I coulnt even try turning my phone off then back on because I had to type in my code in order to do that is my phone just not going to work anymore I did axactly what you said 5o do and its still not working or even showing the chareger ic9n to show that 8ts plugged in

Brilliant ! My phone completely stopped today. Nothing, Dead................... Tried 2 solutions you gave. Second one with start and control down worked a treat. Since the March update I noticed Samsung had changed screens quite a bit and also when typing the vibratiom=n was on. Phone was working slower. When I've just got back on I've switched the vibration off and the phone is flying. This is definitely the March update that's the problem. Thankyou for your help. Brilliant

its hardware problem if not starting with reboot and factory data reset mine was not turning on too so i sent it to samsung service center and get to know its ram ic is not functioning now so the cost of it around half of the price of mobile ps : bought samsung a50s in Sept 2019 issues in a year

Thanks for the great advice... I have a Sumsung A40 that got dropped in water (for no more than 3secs) and the screen went black. I left it in rice overnight, but nothing.
