Wow that actually worked. I had to hit the build option 8 times when I hit it the fifth time it was like a countdown stating that I was 3 clicks away to becoming the developer. Oh... and I didn't have the Wifi Direct option but it worked on a old phone that's only used for KZbin for a young child. I am VERY HAPPY YAY..Ty so much!!!

Check if your router is on 2.4ghz, if it's on 5ghz it won't detect it

I might be having the weirdest problem. Please help. I had Samsung M53 5G which suddenly stopped detecting Wifi and Bluetooth. I tried everything in the world, changed the sub-board of the phone at the service center, etc., but it didn't fix. I changed the phone after leaving it at the service center to change the mother board. The phone (OnePlus 10R) is also having the same problem. No those 2 Methods do not work. Weird because sees and connects to Library Public WiFi, sees 5 Network Routers across the street(don't know the passwords). My other android phone sees and connects fine to my Home Router Network. These are not Samsungs. This is an Android 11 with Wifi Direct in Settings/Wifi/Wifi Preferences. Just can't this phone to connect to my Home Router Network. Any Ideas? Tried this and Static Method & WPS Method too.

Try resetting your router. I have spent a couple days trying several things on my phone. I tried the steps in this video. I even factory reset it. Even though the wifi worked fine on all other devices in the house, when I reset the router, the problem was resolved on the phone.
