Better to save. Yenisei is good as a healer, but not as good as upcoming 6* characters (literally everyone will be broken). There is no point in wasting pulls in this banner, since pity won't carry over.

I use this site for farming mats (dust and sharpodonties were never an issue for me, because I don't go for lvl60): www.prydwen.gg/re1999/guides/insight-cheat-sheet But the best option for now is to farm event stages and buy mats from the shop. Resonance is always hard to level up, since it's insanely timegated, so sadly nothing you can do here...

@@suyaa44 for dps I3 lvl 30 R10, for supports I2 lvl50 R7 (I3 lvl30 R9 after you have every afflatus DPS upgraded).

Jiu banner is completely exclusive to itself, neither your points for her banner shop nor your pity count will carry on to the next banner.

At I2 they are basically at the same tier in terms of power. TF is good because of her passive heals and debuffs, so having her at I2 halfs her true power.

Yenisei is pure deffensive type (and honestly more fun to use). Big shields, dmg dealt debuff, sturdiness, and her single target heal is really *massive*. So she is still usefull, if team struggles to survive.

Limbo has 2 stages tho, you can use both of them(tf for crit team, yenisei for the other)
