Rioshy chan Sei como é, eu também achava isto. Daí eu comprei minha mesa digitalizadora, e usei o paint tool sai. Achei ele mais pratico que o PS, pois, é mais fácil e simples lidar com este programa que o PS. Vai por mim, tem te usar o Sai pelo menos umas vezes OK ^^ Boa sorte!

Even if she were from England, maybe she knows how to speak that language and can communicate with other people from around the world who might not know English. I see it all the time where people will be native in English and can speak German, or French, or Spanish. Or they'll be from some other part and can speak English...so they can speak whatever they like.
