B: All right. Well, who do we have left?
A: Kim.
B: Kimberly Dawson?
A: Yeah.
B: Do you think she's up to something like that?
A: Just some balloons and maybe a few banner on the wall. I'm sure she can handle that.
B: You remember what happened last year at Mr. Reznik's birthday party, don't you?
A: Well then you want to do it?
B: (sighs)
A: OK. Well, I'll leave that up to you. I mean, if you're up for it, go right ahead. Otherwise, we'll have Kim take care of it.
B: Oh, what about Lizzie? She's off that day, isn't she?
A: Oh, is that right? OK. Well, I'll ask Lizzie what she's up to that day and see if she'll join us.

Up to + 어떤 일에서 She’s up to that day에서 라고 적혀있는데 that day 는 날짜를 말하잖아요. She’s up to moving 이라고 해도 말이 되는건가요? 이사를 계획하고있다. 라는 뜻으로요.
