So much vibrant beauty in this video. The rain made the colors pop out, all shades of green and brown and grey, and some wildflowers added in as well. Awesome, wet, cloudy day. Great hiking!

I've not been able to get your music out of my head this week! And in this video I actually thought I smelled the fir trees. Honestly, it's just like we're there, except you're doing all of the hard work. I absolutely have...I also once lived in Baton Rouge at two different times in my life. In the Carolinas now, but really have enjoyed "Jack's" video journal. Just the right degree of personal dialogue, but MOSTLY focusing on beautiful Trail scenery and conditions. Too many AT Thru-Hiker's videos are like one long selfie...too much "jabbering."
