I AM SORRY TO EVERYONE.I think we as a family are responsible for this. My sister's husband ( Jiju) was used to work in Yes Bank as a investment banker and i came to know that he and his team were trying to give ₹3000 crores loan to company who's performance degrading and will shut down in future for sure. But the company's try to bribe these Yes Bank employees to sanction loan and make a positive report and the employees did it. There were more than 120 employees trying to pull this off and one was my Jiju. They didn't tell us anything but my father is a lawyer and smart enough to know were the huge chunks of money coming from to Jiju. All the employees left yes bank in 2018 (even Jiju in Jan19) and moved to foreign country. My father is ashamed as the member of our family involved in this disaster. Jiju said there was pressure from upper management but still it's unethical. WE ARE SORRY!! And yeah my Jiju lost all respects from my father.

In addition to this yes bank is one of the most unethical company from the employees perspective. They don’t pay bonuses and arrears to hard working employees if they resign that too wen the payout happens when they are very much part of yes bank. This all is not written anywhere in any of the policies of the bank. They don’t give it even it the reporting manager asks for the payment to the HR head. They just suck employees and don’t pay anything to them. This is the only company who does appraisals in the month of September almost after the elapse of another 6 months in the next year.
