Oh, there is a neat feature in the game. in the game folder there is text file with characters names (one for male and one for female). You can change those names so they can appear as future characters! Might be fun to add Ludwig or somebody

to be perfectly honest, as someone who worked as a front end manager at a local grocery store, the biggest way that people shoplift isnt by scanning an item, its by putting things on that scale, telling the register that it is bananas, then putting it in the bag, that tricks the scales and "buys" anything you want to buy for like 40 cents a pound. it makes a receipt and everything and doesnt trip off the security cameras, so unless the person at the self checkout desk is watching you (which none of them ever do because they are legit the laziest people in the store), you always get away with it.

Egg talks ab subway where I work and the self checkout at grocery stores where my girlfriend works. This is peak relatability. He’s done it. Real talk though, I’m gonna talk to my higher ups and be like “he makes a good point w the veggies” he’s also made very good points about how sauces are 200 calories per footlong in general, not even mentioning people always ask for extra. There's a local Italian place near me that does lunch specials. For $11 (Which is the price of an extra meat BMT at subway) you can get an Italian grinder with a bunch of real, high quality meat like good mortadella. There's real provolone on it, not that plasticy shit subway uses, and a bunch of actually good quality vegetables including pickled Italian veggies. They also don't treat their employees like shit. Support local businesses.

Sadly NL isn't correct about the self check out theft. Very common to see someone get the sticker for a banana or put the code in, and put down a steak. Easiest for lanes where there is too much to watch for.
