when my mom was pregnant with my eldest brother, she had these incredibly strong craving for carrots. like she literally would carry carrots with her on the bus, take them as a snack to work, eat them, juice them, cook them etc. this went on for a while until she started turning orange, the color of her skin was literally turning orange. she wasn’t bothered but my dad was freaked out so he took her to the doctor and they said she had to stop eating carrots or else the color would continue to appear on her skin. plus her extraordinary consumption of carrots was concerning. so she had to cut down to eating carrots once a day and in moderation. this was like 20 years ago and she still doesn’t crave anything like she did carrots when pregnant with my brother, pregnancy cravings are weird. anyways this isn’t like a cautionary tale on not eating carrots while pregnant lol, it’s just a funny story of how pregnancy can be both beautiful and bizarre but more importantly, congratulations keelin ❤️ sending you, jason, your child and your loved ones love and happiness always.
