It is not a new build it is really good on bruisers that have nat sheilds, I did this with j4 last season in diamond games its pretty solid but it was eclipse, tear titanic and 3rd fimblewinter as I was jungle the tiamat clear was needed

Having too much sugar (especially added and refined sugars!) in your diet is one of the worst things for your health in many ways. And there are also preservatives + other additives present in soda, which are not really ideal for you either.

Interesting note about juggernaut/fighter/tank Jarvan. Tankiness becomes less effective as the game does on--max health is countered by Imperial Mandate, Kraken Slayer, Lord Dominik's regards, Blade of the Ruined King, and/or a handful of enemy abilities or passives. Armor is countered by % armor penetration, such as by the Last Whisper items. Heal cut exists as armor, physical damage, and magic damage all. The one thing that has no common counter-builds or innate enemy passives to worry about, is hefty shielding. The item that dispels it, is an assassin item and grants no attack speed which can be a deal breaker for some adc's. Essentially, an in-kit shield allows you to face tank without needing 400% regen, a fully stacked Jak'sho, 3 procs of Unending Despair, and a honeyfruit to pick up along the way. This is why the time to kill Yone with full tankshred, is about the same as the time to kill Mundo with full tankshred.
