It surprises me that a political speech from the right person can be so capturing and interesting. I thought about switching to another video because I'd heard it all before. But a good political speech adds something good to the usual. Obama always does. I'm glad I stayed till the end.

Barack Obama spoke against _"division"_ and how society has become polarized to the point where people _tear_ each other down because of their divergent viewpoints, exacerbated by a lack of interpersonal communication without electronic devices. Fair enough! But wasn't he _tearing down_ Trump for _his_ viewpoints and _"what he stood for"_ moments before that? I'm not saying that there is no justification for criticizing Trump. Still, it's just that Barack's strategy of dishing out a scathing attack on an opponent and calling for civility caught my attention. I found the paradoxical tone of his speech interesting.😀
