✨Hey there! ✨This is a funny question to me, " Are those really google sites?" Does a bear you know what in the woods? (ง •_•)ง Yes, these are in fact Google Sites. You see, while others might see Google Sites limitations as restrictive - I see it as limitless. After all, if it weren't for these restrictions I wouldn't be as good of a web designer. As somewhat of a rule breaker, if you tell me I can't do something - I'll learn to do it better than anyone else. That being said - hearing all about what can't be done in Google Sites just to turn around and prove that it can be done time and time again has made me a lil big headed (￣y▽￣)╭ Oho..... lol but that's because I genuinely enjoy finding solutions instead of seeing problems. (That's probably why I didn't get along with very many people anyone at my former employer). Hey, lovely tutorial, thank you for publushing. How do you create your buttons though? Your red button is smaller width than its frame. Usually is the same width unless if you placed it as an image. Thanks

How did you create the Get To Know Me button? I have a text paragraph and button right below it in same section and column. Whether I use the google site buttons or create my own, it gets resized to the column width. I want it to stay small, like you have. What's your secret?

@@shedesignsthings OK, never mind lol. It was the alignment. It would separate text and words like this and it was because it did not like being justified. I had to change it to align left or center, which sucks because I wanted it justified, but its okay. thank you!

Great video!! Great page!! Question: is threre a way to create a menu with a services page and list the services as sub pages, but I want the service page to do nothing when I click in it, I just want the sub pages to act normally and go to the pages. Is this even possible? thanks

You would create a menu section - located at the plus sign. However, you cannot hide the pages if you go with this option. You must use the google site menu.

@@shedesignsthings thanks for the response...just to clarify, i do want to have the service on the menu, what i do not what is to go to any page if i click it. i have seen the # sign on other non googles site pages , and the service does not do anything when click it.....that is what want. thanks!!!

@@alexherrera3918 Yup! use the + sign to add a "New Menu Section" which is just a place holder that you can nest pages under.

I think the best way is to try it yourself and see how it looks and see if you like it and imagine publishing your website and see it from another device how it loook
