you can in online mode. there really isnt much to steal.

best thing to do in this mission. before it starts is steal the wagon multiple times and get $40 from Fence in Emerald Ranch... your welcome.

really not worth it. You can steal wagons from just outside of emerald ranch and get the same amount of money without traversing a whole county to get there.
