You may win in numbers but the machine they got on field was too much that’s why it was a lose battle, with 2000 soldier it would have still be a win that’s why the fail reinforcement was decisive

They're taking some shortcuts to making a good game for sure. Employing more free choice makes it more difficult to tell a good story. It's like a reset button for the devs. Makes it way easier.

Its kinda hard to stop and avalanche by winning a battle. Still would be nice for some custom dialogue if the battle is in your favor. Like "aw what the heck this avalanche killed everyone >:("

i think we always win this battle no matter, what i won with 882 troops no shield troops no hounds , avalanch kill all but my 20 troops just like that

But if you are talking about how to get the reservist soldiers you have to talk with your advisor during the battle and choose the reserve option and agree to the idea and then you'll also have reservist soldiers.

You get the hounds from helping Lord Etton and for the shield men you promise Lady Lena Asalia’s hand in marriage to her son. BUT you get her shield men after hearing the rumor that her son is cursed and call Lady Lena and confront her about it will you be offered her shield men. IMPORTANT: During the trial do not accuse Lord Etton or Lady Lena as you’ll lose their soldiers and special units in the battle.

@@Nishikawa356 -Recruit every noble you can except for Lurs as you want to help Etton over Lurs for his hounds in the war. -Make sure the nobles you recruit in the early days offer food as over time as you recruit nobles, the army and food supplies deteriorate fast so be sure to stockpile food and trade gold for food by merchants. -Buy the army garrison that recruits soldiers every week immediately -During the trial don’t accuse any of the nobles as you’ll lose their troops.
