I though the same. Game dropping "Let him rot in the dungeons or kill him". And I am like... Wait, where is the choice of keeping him alive to torture him in the worst way possible for the rest of his misserable life? The guy tried to kill the king of the realm that literally offered him the hand of his firstborn daugther while only asking for an army to protect his people, while also incriminating other nobles. He fails misserably, kills his father by mistake and with no regrets acuses you of killing him knowing full well you did nothing, gets away with the princess and breaks the deal his father made for no reason, letting potentially all people in Davern to die. Then he basically forces you to accuse someone else of a murder he commited and also get them killed. Just to lie and betray you once again mid battle. And all this while beating down your dougther just for pure spite. After not keeping his promise (once again) agaisnt the Radovians and seeing that you did not die, he then acusses you AGAIN of using dark magic and declares war on you. Wtf? Kills your daugther's pet, skins it, and forces her to sew it as a scarf and send it to you; just to later burn her alive, once again, wrongfully accusing her of being a witch scheaming agaisnt them, which is not only like totally inhuman and undeserved, but superfucking stupid of him. He now has lost his legitame place as succesor of Davern's throne, and has also lost his best bargain card. So he basically forces a stupid war where he gets thousands to die and even more to suffer for no real reason other than him wanting more power. You already have your freaking kingdom you brat! And once he is defeated he shows no signs whatsoever of regret or guilty. I don't even know how their own people does not rebel agaisnt this lying, coward, stupid, honorless asshole. Ivo does not deserve a death sentence, nor a somewhat decent life at the dungeons. I literally cannot think of a punishment big enough for such a disgrace of human being. I am like actually genuinely mad that there are actual living humans beings that can be like that irl. Disgusting

One of the most mentally taxing games I played in years I was exhausted after trying for so long to get the best ending. But I managed to do it in my first playthrough. I just wished I could have ordered Ivo skinned alive before killing him. I wanted to send his successor a lovely scarf.

The hunter can deal with the monters hunting cedari, however he can also be used to collapse the tunnel if you don't have mining equipment. So if you don't have mining equipment and killed the bear, you lose cedari.
