I think he meant to say "water" instead of charcoal. Because earlier in the video he says how much charcoal to take. So if you took a dose of charcoal, then you drink whatever your weight is in ounces of water

buy charcoal that is already activated and labeled as such on its packaging. Activation of charcoal is done by very high heat. Research on it.

Hi Mike, good question! It is best to talk with your doctor or pharmacist about possible effects while on prescription medication.

Usually, if you're taking a prescription medication, you don't take them at the same time as the charcoal. Give the prescription time to absorb and then take the charcoal. Or take the charcoal an hour or two before taking meds. Most meds are absorbed within 1 to 2 hrs after ingestion. You can always ask your pharmacist to be sure.
