I have a Yet-m1 that I modified into an older classic radio Shack Realistic Receiver. And it does process and play back stereo. Make sure your connections are all snug. And that you are using an actual stereo cord into your music amp. There are some Bluetooth receivers out there that do not process a stereo signal output.

BUYER BEWARE! This item is NOT stereo like it may be advertised on eBay! You are loosing high quality stereo sound from your phone when you use this item. How do I know? I'm an electrical blah blah blah... and I took it apart for my personal project and was very sad and disappointed to see that the left and right audio channel were tied together because the bluetooth chip they used was a mono (crappy) chip. You can test this by playing any "stereo check" video from youtube. But if you don't care that your music is mono, then this item is great for the price.

one of the things my recent purchase(s) Have afforded me research hours, so i know a bit about bluetooth, adapter types sitches, and general usb knowledge. for example, did you know it's easy to tell if your usb port is usb3 or higher without having to go to any sort of device scanner/manger. look into the A of the port. you'll see the conductor strips. well, take a closer look at at the very usb board itself. don't need to take anything apart, or really...use any effort. lmao. you'll see , if it's 3 or higher; the inside the jack AND the port don't have the four differing strips we're used to. it's got the same 4 strips that the usb revised 2 would have, but then you have 5 new conductors that seem to be usually in the back of the inside of the of the the Usb-A part, and you can look at the inside back of the usb part, and suddenly you'll see way more of those strips, and the pattern is also different because it actually is. then take a usb 3 port., if you shine a light in the ports, you can tell it's usb 3 or higher right away cause it has, like i said; 5 additional connectors on top of existing, but improved, 4 conductors from the revised 2 standard. i know a little about how to tell exact type and function of the different usb-c style connectors. i end up getting confused you end up with shit that just doesn't seem to match the photos sometimes; and i gotta have illustrations because i've seen in put out in the form of a photo, and i have no goddamn clue what half of the written shit is saying. i don't have an electric man's knowledge on what conductors and whatnot go with what, or how come the usb 2 of today(i'm sure it's all the revised, hi speed version like i have some of) sometimes uses the white brick instead of the black one, or maybe a special kind of black one to indicate it's the revised, hi speed 2. my knowledge hasn't gotten me far enough to tell that last part. lmao

not directly but if youre on your laptop and plug yet m1 in usb port and then aux in other end you can connect to yet m1 bluetooth and play music so the answer is yes (kinda) :D
