For little dings especially on colored boards I will use finely chopped fiberglass instead of Q sel , as a filler, it’s less visible and a bit stronger

What resin is that?

The resin with the filler only takes 20 minutes to dry? I've been waiting over an hour almost 2 hours and the resin still has the texture of mayo. What could I possibly have done wrong?

Not enough catalyst to resin ratio, maybe the room is too hot/cold.

Add more catalyst

Wrong ratio you’ll have to dig it out and start again

Nothing like big white q-cell repairs to devalue your coloured board. I loathe these type of repairs.
