You can hold shift when you are changing the pitch to change in finer increments, I think.

I've been compulsively watching these Move videos in horror for some reason. Your jams are the least annoying though, they actually sound pretty good. The rest of the videos I've seen for Move sound really terribly. Sorry for the honest feedback about this device in general which seems like a waste of time and money,
