@@ellainthearctic is she steel? I'm a couple of years away from getting a big boat and taking off but I'm curious how she sails in light wind if she is steel. How much fuel and water can she carry? I have so many questions, I won't try to bother too much. I'm just really excited for your arctic circumnavigation!

@bigalbster feel free to ask away! Apologies for any delayed responses though as I'm on the water a lot at the moment. She is steel, 5mm throughout with a 12mm skeg. She carries 400L water, and I have a desalination unit to top up with also. She's carries 500L of fuel in tanks and I carry an extra 100L in jerry cans at the moment. She sails well in all winds, but the mizzen makes a huge difference going to windward in light airs, helping her point much higher than without (Not much use for downwind). I've never tried her with a spinnaker though, 3 sails is enough for me single handed 😉
