literally the given example in the video is happened with our family about 3 months ago but in terms of contract we mentioned fine on each party for breaching the contract ,so the seller (transferor)was ready to pay the fine but we didn't want get the fine ,so here we imposed conditions on property that in five years he will not sell the property and after five years if he wants to sell the property ,so he would take prior permission from us ,if we are not able to buy then can sell it to another .
