The replay looks fun and all, but I am sorry to say this: This deck completely dies to any disruption, especially all those handtraps (Ash, Veiler, Impermanence etc) . The replays never show the situation where you got disrupted by those handtraps first turn, because if you do, the deck just flat out lost. As sad as it might sound, I simply don't think this deck is playable in any semi-serious duel, even as a rouge strategies it dies too easily to most handtraps.

You would need to run the dimensional hand trap/called or try to fight throught with reasonong/monster gate in the case of gate you need domain out asap so you would use the edea to bait hand traps. In his build you now can set up for an ether on opns turn as a disrupt even if edea gets countered.

Becuase most competent players can see the situation in thier head. Him spending 2 minutes to show us getting ashed once then his opp comboing of is a loss would be a waste of time. The point is to show how the deck works when it works.

I know this may sound odd but I think a ritual based Monarch sub archetype sounds cool and could be a nice throwback to the older monarchs. Maybe make them all younger versions of the mega monarchs but as knights/warriors.

Andrew Donato True draco monarch got a huge hit with diagram to 1. Decreases the consistency a lot. I did a lot of testing with all kind of monarch cards, since 2 years ago: Time maiden is a free tribute monster or it can get a timelord to Stall or break boards and generate absurd plusses. In the last set we got a new monarch stat dragon that returns itself and an opponents monster with less ask to hand. Destiny fusion with Destiny dangerous can send malicious and erebus to grave. Discard a monarch spell/trap to get erebus and summon malicious to tribute both monsters for erebus. (You can also send PKs to grave to get fogblades) Eldlich engine: 1x golden Lord only 3x sanguine 3x destroy eldlich trap 3x foolish burial of goods, to send the Continous trap to summon an eldlich wall during opponents turn or search with pantheism. 1x Gizmek orochi as another quickeffect „negate attack“ Small dragon link Package to combo using the extra deck

I always saw deck profiles of people running 1 Mithra and I'm sitting there watching them as I sleeve 2😂I don't know. I see why only 1 Mithra but I always feel like I need another at times. It works out better for me in my opinion for having 2.

Well it kind of is and in conjunction with the field spell it's good but if you're opponent can clear one of the he most likely can clear the second one as well. Furthermore it also negates the vassals effects which kind of sucks if your board gets broken...

Atomic most decks are go first, which would mean that 9/10 they aren’t going to have back row hate main decked in a form that could clear it. Only cards that would clear both is Lightning Storm, Harpies feather duster and twin twister. Most decks don’t play them at all in the main.

Why in the god's name did nekroz player summon vanity against a non-extra deck player anyway. Bro, opponent has no extra, instead of going neg 1 and wasting a search, just fill the board with monsters and pass, you are either facing a backrow deck, which usually cant out full boards in a single, or you are facing a dumb Mystic mine player in which case you lose anyway.

This deck is just not even rogue, 1 ash or 1 imperm or 1 veiler and it just dies. Adamancipators pre banlist were far more broken in every way, so no understand how yugioh works

@@notanedgydragonrulerguy5157 i've never played vs a monarch, i'm Just descriving what i see: a stun deck with a true Draco strategy that locks the extra deck and has a skill drain that can be searched or drew. Honestly i think that Ash wouldn't do anything in this match up because he just will either win by luck or lose. Btw i play infernoble knight, Just to be clear and i think that i would lose only 3 games out 10 against monarch, but you can understand that those 3 games in which it goes first and gets the field and the trap would be absolutely no Sense and frustrating for any good deck except eldrich.
