As an alcoholic, former drug user these times are very difficult to stay sober and deal with anxiety and depression but flows like this makes a huge relief in my life. Thank you ❤️

I can only imagine, I think this has been such a hard time for most of us mentally. I really hope you make it through these difficult times. Wonderful practice. I love how external noise encourages me to focus on my breath, my self, my body. It is easy to meditate in silence, the external noise teaches us how to quiet the internal noise.
