Thank you for teaching! I feel that I could surrender and relax a bit more into the poses if every moment was not filled with your voice....especially the rebounds.

Ah yes always a fine balance... Thank you for letting me know. It is hard not to talk too much. I agree that silence in the practice is beautiful. Much love x

I have enjoyed all of Anneriek’s classes. My body feels so relaxed after every class and I am much more limber than I have been for years. Do you ever put on retreats? If so, I would love to be able to enroll in one. Thank you.

Hi Roz, thank you for your kind feedback and for practicing with me. Yes I run retreats too. I'm currently working on my 2019 schedule.. Keep an eye on my website (www.yoga4you.com.au) for events, trainings and retreats :-) x

I am finding out my neck leans over and causes nerves to pinch and sending sensations to the left and right part of my arms. These stretches are slowly getting my neck and shoulders back to proper alignment. Some of your poses I stay longer that 3 minutes to really stretch that part. Could you make a neck program to loosen those areas that causes neck pinch nerves. Thanks as always. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Richard. I can create a little video with stretches I use to release my neck pain and/or headaches... Thank you for your inspiration :-)
