The other complaint I have about this company besides their support sucks is the screws and nuts were just throw loose in the box. They package the hell out of everything else but throw the screws loose in box.

Thank goodness for this video because vitahome support blows. The one item I had issue with was the chain. So here is what nobody tells you. Get the chain securely on big cog wheel, take the rest of the chain and wrap it over the rear cog wheel. Make sure the chain direction is correct. Remove from small rear cog wheel and follow directions to connect chain. Once connected use the pedals to turn big cog wheel work the chain on the small rear cog wheel. Many videos on how to do his part. In a nutshell, get chain lined up and remove from rear cog, fasten chain, work it on the rear cog wheel.
