Beautiful harmony!! Loved the extra vocal range that Bard slipped in at the end. Then, of course, we get to the lyrics. As usual, Ylvis, etc created something kind of silly and unexpected. I loved it. Although... I love most of the things they do. SO talented.

Joy C Yeah. This song is actually very popular in Norway (Not for the right reasons), and I believe thats why they used it, as its a stupid song, mostly danced to by drunk 60 year old people on camping trips. Ylvis slow it down alot from the original though when they play and sing, but yeah even the lyrics are correct sung as by the original.....

Joy C This music style from the band that made this song is the prime example for what we in Norway call "Harry". I guess the most fitting word in english would be "Hillbilly", "corny" or something like that :) Ylvis made it better to listen to at least yeah :)

Actually Kurt Nilsen (winner of world Idol), the one on the left, has together with 3 other Norwegian artists a youtube video with millions of views performing "hallelujah". Bård wanted to do a new version to hopefully get as many views as them. As a joke of course. They sing a funny "dansband" song in Norwegian. Search for "Hallelujah Lind, Nilsen, Fuentes, Holm), and you will understand better. Those 4 guys are amazing. ;)
