Are you using Google Chrome? I saw somewhere that somebody else had this problem when using Google Chrome. Try another browser. I hope you will be able to see them.

MrZipe Gaming I wish I could help you, but then I have no idea why you can't see them. Have you checked your settings on youtube or on your computer/phone/tablet? I hope that you'll find out how to see them somehow... Can you see a symbol that looks like a square with some lines on it, and one thicker black line, to the left of the statistic staples? There you can at least read the subtitles, so you can get what's it about, it's not the same as getting subtitles, but at least it's something...

In case you or anyone else still has this problem (I did for a while I would just get a black box and no words for caption) in GoogleChrome I had to change the font color by clicking on the CC button and clicking options for some reason it got set to black and therefore I couldn't see them.
