For more context, Samuel Opoku is the actual Toronto Pee Pee Poo Poo Man from 2019. He was arrested after a string of random attacks dumping buckets filled with urine and feces and flinging feces at people around the city over the course of a week. The yellow construction hat helped people track him down leading to his arrest. The Pee Pee Poo Poo Man meme was around long before him though.

The Pee Pee Poo Poo Man sounds like a movie title my dad would make up. Basically would be a scenario where my siblings and I, as small children, would be whining about some movie we want to see. Then he’d respond with “I’m not taking you to that. We’re gonna see The Pee Pee Poo Poo Man.” Then we’d think it’s real and freak out cause we don’t want to see that. Lmao Like seriously. It just sounds like something he’d say. Despite being a deadbeat loser, he had a sense of humor from to time.

Someone photoshopped the poster for The Bye Bye Man to say "The Pee Pee Poo Poo Man... Go ahead, laugh. You won't be laughing when he kills you." Maybe the podcast you mentioned originated the phrase and someone mocked up the poster based on their riff, or maybe the poster was the origin and they were referencing it on the podcast.

It really needs to have those changes, cause after 28 years the zombie would run out of people to infect and dies from exposure/starvation/ other diseases/etc. Many zombie fictions don't think long term, so kinda faulter under their own premise. The only exception I've seen to this is the Manga 'I am a Hero', where the infected evolved and conglomerate together into giant, hive mind, flesh beings and eventually solidifying into structures. Leaving an entirely empty world, aside from a very few lone survivors, which is a more terrifying concept than living in a world with the infected; like 'I am Legend' except nothing happens at night and it's only the main character left. Seeing really emaciated zombies, completely naked cause their clothes of decayed off their bodies, is a really cool an interesting choice.
