this song and video is one of his best bc he’s just fxcking honest. most of the time if someone crosses him? hes rapping about drakes to the face and upping the score. imma be honest when this song came out i had just learned i’d been betrayed by a friend in a horrible way. a dude i let sleep in my house. a dude i checked in on his family when he was deployed. gave him my clothes to wear to his job interviews. that sort of shit. when u get betrayed, you wanna punch em like Von did across the table. but you also just feel crushed. bc as von points out. obv this was a person u respected bc why else were u fxckin w them to begin with? so yeah this one always resonated. and just to be clear i didn’t get betrayed over some dude trading out of a life sentence either. i mean that i could almost understand. the other weird thing was my conversations w the guy were very similiar to the stuff von was saying so it was a trip when i heard the song. the other point von makes that is true is when close friends betray each other over life or death type stuff, both dudes ARE dangerous now. to each other. anyway i should stfu
