Although both Memphis based labels are both highly successful....I think Gotti is a far better CEO than Dolph. Gotti is so focused on success he takes on that same energy when scoping the future success of his artist just look at how fast Moneybagg ass shot up the musical ladder....even I didn’t understand the moves he and Gotti was making....but they both made me stfu and just watch!!!!! Blac Youngsta too.....which we know Youngsta not that strongest lyrically and he knows it...so it seems Gotti taught him to invest his money and grow his wealth in other ways also with real estate. I think Dolph is smart and a hustler but I think he stay way too high for me to put my career in his hand and he still too focused on being the brand and main star of PRE. I respect Jeezy and his grind but I do think that was the same thing why he really couldn’t grow CTE. A real CEO gotta know how and when to play the background so his artist (investment) can shine and grow. Gotti definitely on the way to JAY Z status....I think Ross and Jeezy have 100% switch their focus more on growing the business side of their wealth rather than the musical side!!!! They all bosses with bank account way larger than mine but this just my take on shit!!!! ✌🏾
