We taped this episode just BEFORE I went to Paris (and Normandy) and... it's true! I was standing on the Omaha Beach and I couldn't help but make the connection between D-Day and the Ryloth liberation campaign on these episodes.

Yes, The Clone Wars is a kids show. No, it isn't as "dark and gritty" and something like Band of Brothers. However...shit gets DEEP on this "kids" show!
