Some of them, I agree. Especially in TPM and AOTC. This one, however, is redundant. Yoda gives us this same info when telling Obi-Wan about Qui-Gon at the end.

This is weird considering George Lucas' comments about how he felt Qui-Gon shouldn't have a force ghost because he wasn't good enough to do it.

Originally, Lucas had an outline for 8 movies. Episode 1 was to be a prologue. Episodes 2-4 would have been about the Clone Wars. Then Episode 5 was going to be a post-Clone Wars Movie. Then Episodes 6-8 were going to be the Original Trilogy. I sooo wish Lucas had stuck to that plan. Would have given plots points in AOTC and ROTS more time to be explored. I feel that if we had the post-Clone Wars movie, this plot point could have been in it, along with Padme dying while raising Leia on Alderaan.

He had better original scripts too. He shot himself in the foot and Star Wars could have been 100 times what it already is before Disney got a hold of it. Lucas didn't trust himself enough.

If you need special training to manifest as a Force Ghost, then how did Anakin do it?

This could be Legends, but last I heard, the explanation is that Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan were shocked to witness Anakin's return to the light, and so they taught him how to manifest as a ghost as he was dying.

This and the final film point out that you don't need training prior to death. Here, Qui-Gon says he discovered it when he died, and in the final product, Yoda tells Obi-Wan how Qui-Gon found his way back from the netherworld of the force. So death isn't the end. After all, Anakin's body didn't vanish like Yoda or Obi-Wan's. Whatever training is needed, Anakin was able to do it from the netherworld

I feel like the end of season 6 of Clone Wars explains how Yoda got taught by Qui-Gon how to be one with the force and to be a force ghost

This stuff would have enhanced the movie but they were so focused on the Anakin/Padme show it got the cut.
