@@YogJourney But Maam Sorry to bother you again, as I heard and searched a lot on this , they say when you lie down on your left , you get more pressure on your heart. And the other hand if you lie down on your right side , the heart is on the top and free from the pressure that's why it's beneficial to lie down on your right side for a while then get up to any seated posture. And also I found that after many research that the right side of our body is represent Sun the pingla nadi which is hot in nature and also a masculine..and the left side is Moon cooler in nature and also feminine so, in that perspective most of the Yogis believe that when you lie down on your right side , your left nostril is on top which is emphasized more ,as a result you you feel more calm and relaxed. Theres a lot of confusion, if you googled it , you find that mostly the answer is on the Right Side. However I do shavasana daily after finishing my workout for 15 to 20 minutes and lie down on my left side as you said, but I have a confusion regarding it so I thought I should ask you about that. The more videos I see , the more I confused! What is your point of view on that ? Please guide me Ma'am. Regards and Thanks.
