Aur aise lagta hai muze kuch hone wala hai...sab check up karvaya,sabhi Dr bolte hai kuch problem nahi hai... Kya karu samaj nahi ata .. please help me...🙏🙏🙏

Namaste mam🙏🙏. One student studying engineering in NIT Rourkela is suffering from stress and insomnia. He studies till late night in laptop/mobile.When he goes to sleep stray thoughts disturb him.. He is unable to sleep. In the early morning he feels sleepy. After few time he has to be ready for the class and gets irritated and stressed. Please mam suggest can he try this at night? Please..
