It is so comfortable When I started doing youg nendr a l had stress all the time but because of your youg nindra video 📷 At 1or 2 monts after I am better then I was before. I felt so relaxed Like I am in an another world of my own. I haven't felt so good I did in this 2 months . I am thank full to you Thank you so much for making this video. Ma'am, I am studying for UPSC exam and my sleep cycle has got disturbed and it takes time to get me into state of comfortable sleep. Tried this yesterday and I was able to sleep within 15 mins. Can I do yognidra while sleeping sideways or is it necessary to lay on back. ?
